How do I become a RUVA dealer?+
Submit an enquiry on the Dealers page with your business details. We review territory and fit, then onboard approved partners with access to the dealer order portal.
Where do existing dealers place orders?+
Approved dealers order through a separate dealer portal that carries pricing and live stock — kept apart from this public website.
Is there a warranty on RUVA locks?+
Yes. The X70, X60 and X20 each carry a 2-year limited warranty, and the E30 carries a 1-year limited warranty.
What products does RUVA make?+
RUVA's range is a family of own-brand smart door locks: the X70, X60 and X20 open on face or palm-vein recognition, and the E30 covers fingerprint, PIN, card and key. More home hardware is in development.
